After changing grade levels a few times I accumulated A LOT of "stuff." I found that there were tons of great resources not being used and I began to list them on ebay and yahoo user groups. Selling "recycled" books, games, and manipulatives online along with consulting and running workshops on classroom organization became my "summer job." I found that I really enjoyed connecting with teachers from around the world and have been doing it ever since.
As a teacher and a mother, I value the importance of quality educational materials for our littlest learners. I truly believe learning should be engaging, interactive and exciting. I know how crunched teachers are for time and money and how this can effect them both in and out of the classroom.
